MPF 5600-SYX-SP20 Steel rubberlined filter chamber and slurrytank mounted on an electropolished stainless steel base frame and connected with a full PP piping system. The filter chamber is executed with 49 filter discs 470/60, creating a filter area of 8,3m² and a sludge holding capacity of 68 liters. The maximum capacity of each pump is 24m³/h, maximum head is 1,9bar. Supplied with: - Steel rubberlined filter chamber with 3mm hard rubberlining on the inside and outside - Steel rubberlined slurrytank with 3mm hard rubberlining on the inside and outside - Electropolished stainless steel baseframe - Steel powder coated filter covers with EPDM gasket cover - Complete PP piping system with GF valves and fittings and Simona piping - Lifting device for easily opening of the filter cover - Inlet union and a ball valve d63 - Outlet union and ball valve d63 - EPDM elastomers - Polypropylene Seal pump MSP 20-CRS - Motor 2,2kW/440V/60hz/3ph - Titanium pump shaft - Drain valve +GF+. Air release valve +GF+, Pressure gauge 0-4 bar, ON/OFF Switch - 200 pieces filter paper 470/60 thick, 400gr/m² The slurrytank on this unit offers you the following advantages: - easy priming of the pump which helps to facilitates the start-up of the filter - you can use it to mix filter aid and carbon in order to prime it onto the filter discs which makes an online carbon treatment possible - you can mix bath components and filter them before you add them to the tank - you can empty the full content of the filter chamber by means of the pump into the slurrytank
